Mystereo does this also. It did it with my old Samsung Galaxy S7 and it still does it with my new Samsung Note9. For me, if I'm listening to XM or Bluetooth (the only 2 things I listen to) the audio will cut out, my screen will display an incoming call, my phone will ring out loud(if not on vibrate) but the stereo does not make any sound.
